Lab acquires KT funding!

The University of Chester Laser Laboratory are pleased to announce we have obtained funding to research antibiofouling surfaces for food applications from the University of Chester Knowledge Transfer (KT) fund.

The KT fund grants resource to projects that are considered by the University to be either (or both) strategically important or of high industrial importance towards income development.

This is always a hotly contested application process so the team in the Laser Lab would like to congratulate project lead, Lecturer Alice Gillett, and her co applicants Dr Gavin Hazell (Lecturer – Natural Sciences) and Dr Simon Hodgson (Researcher – Mechanical Engineering).
